This program aims to equip our senior managers with the tools they need to guide and motivate their teams in a personalized way. It began in 2023 and will continue the following year.

Life at Montrusco Bolton is very stimulating.

We promote internal communication through information sharing and transparency. We organize Lunch and Learn events where a team shares its upcoming projects and its way of contributing to the company’s overall success with all employees over a meal. Town Hall meetings are also organized to promote transparency and exchange within the company. At these meetings, management presents the latest news and allows employees to ask questions.


We create links between employees by holding events. Various social activities are organized to strengthen team spirit! Sports activities such as cycling and hiking allow us to get to know each other better while enjoying the great outdoors, while after-work get-togethers with colleagues are an opportunity to celebrate our successes and strengthen cohesion within our big MBI family.
