Sylvain Boulé is President and Chief Executive Officer of Montrusco Bolton Investments Inc. and a board member since 2000. A graduate of Université de Montréal, Concordia University and Columbia Business School, he is also Chairman of the Board of MBI/TEC Private Debt GP Inc. and a director on the board of the Montrusco Bolton Investments UCITS ICAV. He has been involved with Centre Philou, a Montreal-based charitable organization that offers specialized services for poly impaired children and young adults, for 15 years. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Fondation Centre Philou.

Dina Fakhry

Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Dina Fakhry is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer with Montrusco Bolton. She leads all operations sectors, including Finance, Compliance, Governance & Risk Management, Operations and Information Technology. She has more than 20 years leadership experience in the financial industry (insurance and banking) within a variety of disciplines, namely: finance, project management, performance management, corporate strategy, and operations. She holds an MBA from McGill University.

Karine Gareau

Vice President, Culture and Talent

Karine Gareau is Vice President, Culture and Talent at Montrusco Bolton Investment Inc. Her journey within the company began as the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO in 2020, before she transitioned to the role of Manager, Culture and Talent in 2022 and to her new role in 2024. During this time, she has been involved in strategic and transformational projects. The development of culture holds a central position among Montrusco Bolton’s strategic priorities. Karine works closely with all team leaders to mobilize employees and align their efforts towards achieving the set development goals. She reports directly to the President and CEO and sits on the company’s management committee. Prior to joining Montrusco Bolton, Karine gained extensive experience at TC Transcontinental, where she held positions as a team leader in both the recovery and customer service sectors, as well as Executive Assistant to the CIO in the field of information technology. Karine holds a certificate in Human Resources Management from HEC Montréal, and she is certified as a Chief Happiness Officer (CHO) by the Happiness Business School (Portugal).

Marc Drolet

Marc Drolet is Vice President, Head of Client Servicing at Montrusco Bolton Investments Inc. Marc is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience providing advisory services to a multitude of institutional clients. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, he served as Principal in the Asset and Risk Management team at LifeWorks, formerly Morneau Shepell, where he spent the bulk of his career. Marc holds a Bachelor of Actuarial Science from the Université du Québec à Montréal. He is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (FCIA) and of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, as well as the CFA Institute Sustainable Investing Certificate. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Claude-André held various roles with companies such as National Bank of Canada, Bank of Montreal, the Swiss Private Bank Pictet and Baader Helvea and has over 22 years of experience in the field of finance. John Goldsmith

John Goldsmith is Head of Canadian Equities at Montrusco Bolton Investments Inc. and is currently the lead manager for all Canadian equity strategies. Jean-Claude Ayotte is Senior Vice President Corporate Affairs of Montrusco Bolton Investments Inc. Jean-Claude worked for the firm from 1988 to 2000 and returned in 2005. Between 2000 and 2005, he was Assistant Vice President, Finance and Controller for the venture capital firm Argo Global Capital. Jean-Claude graduated in accounting science in 1986 from Université du Québec à Montréal and obtained the Certified Management Accountant designation in 1990 (CPA). He completed the Canadian Securities Course, the Canadian Investment Manager course and has also completed the Partners, Directors and Senior Officers Course from the Canadian Securities Institute.

Ginette Thérien

Ginette Thérien is Senior Vice President, Governance and Chief Compliance Officer of Montrusco Bolton Investments Inc. Ginette is an active member of the Compliance Committee overseeing the firm’s governance and compliance on a Canadian and international level. Her role is to promote a compliance culture across the company. She is responsible for all compliance and control programs, fund regulations, risk management and firm registration. She takes care of all external audit regarding compliance, and she is involved in the administration and implementation of all new structures. Ginette is also a director on the board of the Montrusco Bolton Investments UCITS ICAV. Before joining the firm in December 1998, Ginette had worked six years for an accounting firm in Ottawa as well as six years for a Canadian bank. Simon Tremblay is Vice President Institutional Markets at Montrusco Bolton Investments, leveraging over 20 years of experience in institutional equity sales trading at top Canadian and US investment banks. Before joining Montrusco Bolton in 2025, Simon was a Managing Director, delivering market insights and innovative trading solutions to institutional clients. He began his career as a financial engineer and institutional trader for major Canadian pension funds. Simon holds a BBA from Laval University and Aston Business School, as well as the CFA charter, ESG certificate, FRM, CMT, CIM designations, and is a fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI).  He is also actively involved in the CFA financial community. A dedicated advocate for sports, Simon actively participates in HIIT, boxing, hockey, skiing, cycling and has contributed as a coach and board member for various sports organizations. Prior to joining the company in 2024, Amanda spent three years at Otéra Capital (CDPQ), where she served as Regulatory Compliance Principal Adviser for the North American Real Estate Finance portfolio. Before that, she worked as a lawyer at Osborne Clarke, an international law firm in Paris, litigating and advising on public contracts and regulatory matters in the public sector, having earlier interned at several law firms. Chanthân Chea joined Montrusco Bolton Investments Inc. in October 2019 and is responsible for the liquid strategies segment of the Montrusco Bolton Alternative Fund (“MBAF”). She worked for a major public pension plan for over 10 years in risk control, risk management, and in public markets in general. Her primary role is to oversee the alternative investments in public markets that complement private markets in the Alternative Fund. Her experience in capital markets also allows her to take charge of money market activities and to play an important role in fixed income management. Chanthân holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from HEC Montréal and the Professional Risk Manager designation (PRM) awarded by the Professional Risk Managers’ International Association (PRMIA).
