MBI/TEC Private Debt Open-End Trust Fund

The Fund’s investment objective is to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns in a senior debt structure with regular income, low volatility, low correlation to other asset classes, and capital preservation. The main investment strategy of the Fund is to directly invest in privately-negotiated loans of companies (primarily based in Canada but could also be in the United States) that are generally non-sponsored and overlooked by traditional lenders due to size, complexity, timing, or other perceived riskiness.
