Joe DiMassimo is Vice President, Business Development at Montrusco Bolton Investments Inc. “(MBII)” and a member of the Board of Directors. Joe is an accomplished business development professional with close to 30 years of experience, providing uncompromising support and delivering proven solutions to help institutional clients succeed. Prior to joining MBII, he held several senior sales and servicing positions at some of Canada’s leading asset managers.

Joe earned a B. Comm. degree from Concordia University, majoring in finance, and later earned an MBA from Sherbrooke University.


Claude-André Duquette is Vice President Retail Sales at Montrusco Bolton Investments Inc. Having held various roles in companies such as National Bank, BMO, the Swiss Private Bank Pictet and Baader Helvea, he has over 22 years of experience in the field of finance. In his new role, he will be responsible for retail sales and business development of Montrusco Bolton’s alternative products and solutions.

Claude-André earned a bachelor’s in economics and political science from l’Université de Montréal. He is also a mentor and board member of Trioomph Foundation.


Richard Guay is Senior Vice President and Member of the Management Committee of Montrusco Bolton Investments Inc. In this role, he is responsible for the firm’s corporate development and client servicing. Prior to joining Montrusco Bolton in 2000, Richard was a principal at State Street Global Advisors, where he was involved mainly in institutional investors relations. Previously, Richard was a financial analyst with the Bank of Canada where he was involved in domestic and international financing. He also taught at the business school of the Université du Québec à Montréal. Richard holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in finance as well as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.


Marc Natal is fulfilling the responsibilities of the Vice President, Client Servicing at Montrusco Bolton Investments Inc. Marc joined the company in 2011. Before being associated with MBII, Marc was a member of the marketing team at MD Management as an investment specialist. Marc earned a bachelor of Commerce degree (with a major in Finance) from Bishop University. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA).


Tim Russell joined Montrusco Bolton Investments Inc. (“MBII”) in 1997 as Vice President, Client Servicing and Business Development for the Toronto office. He is also in charge of the Calgary office. Prior to joining MBII, Tim held various account manager positions in commercial and private banking with the Bank of Nova Scotia. Tim was also an audit manager for Deloitte. Tim holds a Bachelor of Administration (Honours) degree from York University. He is also a chartered accountant and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. In addition, Tim is a member of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Toronto CFA Society.


Jason Szczepkowski is a Client Servicing Officer at Montrusco Bolton Investments Inc. (“MBII”). Jason has over 20 years of experience in the asset management industry and is a seasoned relationship manager. Before joining MBII in 2017, he held similar roles in large organizations such as RBC Investor & Treasury Services, GE Asset Management and State Street Global Advisors where he spent the bulk of his career. Jason holds a bachelor in Commerce from McGill University with a major in marketing and a minor in psychology. He also holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation.
