Sylvain Boulé is President and Chief Executive Officer of Montrusco Bolton Investments Inc. and a Board Member since 2000. A graduate of Université de Montréal, Concordia University and Columbia Business School, he is also Chairman of the Board of MBI/TEC Private Debt GP Inc. He has been involved for 15 years with Centre Philou and is currently Chairman of the Board of Fondation Centre Philou.

Dina Fakhry is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Montrusco Bolton Investments Inc. Dina leads all operations sectors, including Finance, Compliance, Governance & Risk Management, Operations, and Information Technology. She has more than 20 years leadership experience in the financial industry (insurance and banking) within a variety of disciplines, namely finance, project management, performance management, corporate strategy, and operations. She holds an MBA from McGill University.
